Mindfulness is taking time out for you, releasing stress and tension from daily life. Help to remind yourself to keep your thoughts positive, writing positive affirmations or start a journal of them.
Often our brains are so full we need to brain dump, we can do that in a form of letter burn to the universe.
An evening to relax and learn about mindfulness in a cosy, friendly, inviting space.
